The Toolbox Module has been developed to easily track which toolbox sessions employees are required to complete and which ones they have already finished. You can set the required number of toolboxes per employee, either individually or in bulk for a group. This allows you to quickly see each employee’s progress, while employees can also view their own status through their personal dashboard and the Safeday app.
There is a distinction between physical and digital toolbox sessions. Digital toolboxes can be completed online within Safeday. Physical toolboxes take place on various dates throughout the year, which employees can easily view. Attendance for physical sessions can be recorded by the organization—often a supervisor—or employees can scan the QR code during the session using the Safeday app, which automatically marks them as present.
