What does the email ‘You have been invited to join…’ mean?

You receive a tenant invitation email when a new Safeday environment wants to add you.

When you accept this invitation, you give that environment permission to view certain data about you.

This includes for example:

  • first name;

  • last name;

  • date of birth;

  • certificates from trainings that are active within that environment.

Important to know

The administrator of that environment does not automatically have access to all your certificates.

A tenant can only see:

  • trainings that are used within that specific environment;

  • results that are relevant to that tenant.

Being active in multiple tenants

You can be active in multiple Safeday environments at the same time.

Different organizations can:

  • assign you to trainings;

  • have you complete certifications;

  • invite you to trainings.

All your trainings are combined into a single overview in:

This can be found in the Safeday app or via my.safeday.io.

When opening a training, you will always see “Offered by”. The organization shown there:

  • has linked you to that training;

  • can view the results of that training.

This can involve multiple organizations.

Your Safeday ID and QR code

Your account also includes a personal QR code: your Safeday ID.

You can find this in the app (middle button with the QR code) or via my.safeday.io by:

  • going to your initials in the top right corner;

  • clicking on Profile;

  • clicking the Safeday ID button in the blue panel on the right.

Through this QR code, your earned certificates can be viewed when you allow someone to scan it.

Only share this QR code when you want to make your certificates visible.
