When you try to log in to Safeday, you’ll receive a 6-digit login code by email. If you don’t see this email, follow these steps to solve the issue:
1. First time logging in?
If you are new to Safeday, you first need to create an account by completing the onboarding before you can receive login codes.
2. Check your email address
Make sure you are using the same email address that your employer used to invite you to Safeday.
If you’re not sure which email address that is, contact your manager or the Safeday administrator in your company.
3. Look in your spam or junk folder
Sometimes the email with the login code ends up in your spam, junk, or “unwanted” folder.
Also check if you have any filter or focused inbox (like “Other” in Outlook or “Promotions” in Gmail).
4. Request a new code
On the login screen, click Resend code.
A fresh login code will be sent immediately to your email address.
5. Still not receiving the code?
Make sure your email inbox isn’t full and can still receive new emails.
Check if your company’s firewall or email filter is blocking emails with extension @safeday.io. If needed, ask your IT department to allow emails from this address.
Try logging out and starting the login process again.
6. Ask your manager for help
If you’ve tried all the steps above and still don’t receive a code, please contact your manager or employer.
They can check if you’ve been invited with the correct email address and, if needed, send you a new invitation.
